What:
Euclid Landmark Commission Presents “A Discussion of the Ohio Historic Inventory
and Euclid” Please join us at 7:00 PM, on July 8th, at the Euclid Public Library.
The Euclid Landmark Commission and their consultants will present a summary of
the Ohio Historic Inventory and Euclid Project. The program will include some
of the selected sites and their importance to Euclid’s history. The presentation
will answer the questions “What is a Reconnaissance Survey?”, “Why an Historic
Inventory?”, “What will it mean to Euclid? “, “How can we use the inventory?”
This will be another chance to learn about some of the historic properties in
Euclid and their impact on our city’s development. Early Euclid Founders and
Settlers originally owned some of these properties. Hopefully we will learn a
little about how to research our own properties’ history. We anticipate a question
and answer session following the presentation with the consultants and members
of the Euclid Landmark Commission.
