Listed below are the Neighborhood Programs offered by the City of Euclid.

EDCOR 3% Loan Program — Assist eligible homeowners in making certain home improvements by providing low-interest loans. Owner occupied homes only. For more infor call (216) 289-4625.

Home Handyman — Help for eligible homeowners in projects such as minor code repairs, vinyl siding, smoke alarm and dead bolt lock installation. For more info call (216) 289-8562.
