Hudec Dental presents “My Smile Story” video contest…one lucky winner will receive $1,500 towards a smile makeover! 

It's VERY simple for participants to enter the contest: 1.) Write a short story "why YOU deserve a smile makeover", 2.) Visit My Smile Story, 3.) Share YOUR story and upload YOUR photo 4.) Fill out an entry form. Last but not least…Submit entry!!!
