Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) Eastern Campus, its eBusiness Management Program, Ohio College Tech Prep & Key Career Place are hosting “IT’s Business”, an industry information session and IT/Business cooperative education networking event on April 30 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Performing Arts Theater lobby at 4250 Richmond Road in Highland Hills. 

The event begins at 9:30 with a panel discussion about the state of the IT industry with local employers, graduates and current students who participate in cooperative education. A networking & information session will follow at 10:30 where businesses, students, and the public can mingle.

In addition to representatives from the eBusiness Management program, IT industry attendees will include: RPM, BDI, Equity Trust, One Up Web Development, Sherwin-Williams IT Apprentice Program, as well as a number of other co-op and internship employers.

Local businesses with cooperative education and internship positions are invited to attend and exhibit free of charge.

In addition to current Tri-C students, local high school students and the public are invited to attend this free event. Parking is available in designated visitor lots for $1 for a two-hour time block, or a hangtag permit can be purchased for 75 cents.
