Dana Heil
Executive Director
Dana Heil may not have been born in Euclid, Ohio but since she married her husband Bruce, a lifelong resident, and moved to Euclid in 1982, she has been highly involved in the community. Bruce and Dana have three grown children and three grandchildren that also live in Euclid.
For more than 30 years, Dana worked as a Pastoral Minister at St. Christine Church and then at Our Lady of the Lake Church, where she is a parishioner and an active volunteer.
For the last several years, Dana has been the Executive Administrative Coordinator for Rev. Councilman Brian T. Moore at Moore Counseling and Mediation Services. It was during her time at Moore Counseling where Dana became a Euclid Chamber of Commerce Board member and then took a position as Secretary of the Board.
Over the years, Dana has and continues to work on a variety of committees and Boards:

Dana’s enthusiasm for Euclid, her leadership skills and extensive network in Euclid make her an excellent choice to lead and grow the Euclid Chamber of Commerce.

Tina Dick
Chairperson
As Chair, Tina’s role is to lead the Board of Directors, support Committee Chairs, make strategic connections with partners and elected officials and create opportunities to support the growth of the Chamber, business community and the City of Euclid.
On a professional front, Tina is the Human Resources Manager for Euclid based HGR Industrial Surplus, Inc. where she works closely with HGR owners in creatively developing, implementing and maintaining a company culture that revolves around self-accountability and a strongly shared dedication toward continuous growth and success for both employees and organization.
HGR Industrial Surplus, rooted in Euclid since 1998 also believes in being an active supporter of the community and participating where it can to assist in the growth and success of the city. This belief along with Tina’s ability to lead and develop provided an opportunity for her to be an active member of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce.
She is passionate about the City of Euclid and all it has to offer it’s community and businesses.
In addition to the Euclid Chamber of Commerce, Tina also volunteers as the Secretary of the Greater Euclid Kiwanis whose focus is to help youth in Euclid, and serves as Coordinator for the High Five Club a social club for adults with varying disabilities.
Tamara Honkala
Immediate Past Chair
As Past Chair, Tami’s role is to provide guidance and support to the current Chair. Sharing her outstanding years of leadership, wisdom and strategic planning with current Chair and Trustee Officers to continue and elaborate upon the growth of the Chamber, business community and the City of Euclid.
Tami is the President and CEO of the HELP Foundation located in Euclid. Tami’s career with HELP Foundation began 33 years ago as an unpaid Social Work intern. Today, Tami continues to guide HELP with her strategic eye for collaboration, compassion, determination, and rigor to ensure HELP’s consumers have the highest quality care to live their best lives, on their own terms. Through Tami’s inspired leadership, unparalleled expertise, and tireless effort she has exemplified HELP’s mission and has shaped the agency into one of the most respected and valued IDD service organizations in the field.
HELP Foundation was created in 1965 by a group of families with loved ones who had Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our founders wished to create and provide better ways to care for those living with these disabilities, and to improve the way our society viewed and treated them. Today HELP serves more than 900 individuals each year throughout northeast Ohio with residential, adult day support, vocational services, and our summer program for children.
Laura Kidder
Treasurer
As Treasurer, Laura shall be responsible for the safeguarding of all funds received by the chamber and for their proper disbursement. She is responsible for the monthly reporting to the Board of Trustees.
Laura Kidder has over 25 years’ experience in commercial operations managing more than fifteen sites including shopping centers, upscale malls, and a full-service hotel. She is employed by the City of Euclid as manager for the Shore Cultural Centre and is responsible for its day-to-day operations including leasing, finance and budgeting, marketing, and special events.
Laura received the 2010 Bluestone Award and a Proclamation award from the City of Euclid. In 1991, she received an award from the City Of Wickliffe Fire Department for saving a person’s life by performing the Heimlich maneuver.
Laura also serves as Treasurer on the Executive Boards for the Kiwanis Club of Greater Euclid. Laura has completed the ICSC shopping center management program and holds a diploma from Southeastern Academy. She has attended Lakeland Community College where she studied accounting. Her exceptional organizational and planning skills have assisted local organizations and working with the Secret Service on an event for President Bill Clinton.
