

Traci Hissam
Executive Director
Mrs. Hissam comes to the Chamber as a licensed real estate agent in Ohio with a prior nonprofit background spanning nearly two decades. As a REALTOR, Hissam serves buyers and sellers in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Portage and Summit counties earning designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
As a nonprofit professional and Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA), Traci managed volunteer corps at Lake Metroparks overseeing the youth volunteer program, Lake County Council on Aging managing the department, and Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities establishing community-based opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in East Cleveland, Euclid, Beachwood, Maple Heights, and Old Brooklyn.
Accomplishments include being nominated by her Lake Metroparks peers as Employee of the Year and growing Lake Council on Aging’s volunteer corps to six hundred (600) of which 90% were active on a monthly basis.
While at CCBDD HIssam first collaborated with Heil connecting and creating opportunities for individuals to serve the Euclid community through relationships with Euclid Memorial Gardens, Euclid Pet Pals, Our Lady of the Lake Church, multiple Euclid schools, and Euclid’s East 200th St. Stroll in addition to the Greater Cleveland faith-based community.
As a life-long resident of Northeast Ohio, Traci is a graduate of Mentor High School, Lakeland Community College, and Lake Erie College. She and her husband have been together since 1989, and they have one adult daughter. In addition to serving on professional boards and committees, Hissam’s volunteer history includes Citizen Corps, Mentor PTA, 4-H, and Girl Scout Leader for thirteen (13) years.

Allison Briskey
Chairperson
As Chair, Allison’s role is to lead the Board of Directors, support Committee Chairs, make strategic connections with partners and elected officials and create opportunities to support the growth of the Chamber, business community and the City of Euclid.
On a professional front, Allison Briskey has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. She has served at HELP in various roles for more than a decade, bringing a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion to the organization. As the Chief Program Officer, Allison is responsible for overseeing HELP’s Adult Day, Vocational, Employment, and Transportation services ensuring that individuals receive high-quality, person-centered care and support.

Tina Dick
Immediate Past Chair
As Past Chair, Tina’s role is to provide guidance and support to the current Chair. Sharing her outstanding years of leadership, wisdom and strategic planning with current Chair and Trustee Officers to continue and elaborate upon the growth of the Chamber, business community and the City of Euclid.
Tina is the Human Resources Manager for Euclid based HGR Industrial Surplus, Inc. where she works closely with HGR owners in creatively developing, implementing and maintaining a company culture that revolves around self-accountability and a strongly shared dedication toward continuous growth and success for both employees and organization.
HGR Industrial Surplus, rooted in Euclid since 1998 also believes in being an active supporter of the community and participating where it can to assist in the growth and success of the city. This belief along with Tina’s ability to lead and develop provided an opportunity for her to be an active member of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce.
She is passionate about the City of Euclid and all it has to offer it’s community and businesses.
In addition to the Euclid Chamber of Commerce, Tina also volunteers as the Secretary of the Greater Euclid Kiwanis whose focus is to help youth in Euclid, and serves as Coordinator for the High Five Club a social club for adults with varying disabilities.

Michael Brewer
Treasurer
As Treasurer, Michael shall be responsible for the safeguarding of all funds received by the chamber and for their proper disbursement. She is responsible for the monthly reporting to the Board of Trustees.
Michael Brewer is a financial planner with Northwestern Mutual. Michael’s commitment to his community as well as his background are the foundation of his approach to comprehensive financial planning. He enjoys working with families, educators and public service workers, barbers, business owners and affluent individuals. When not in the office, you can find Michael spending time with his daughter or at one of the many fun restaurants located on the Eastside.
Michael is a lifelong swimmer, a drummer, an active Ohio State Alumni, and a tortured Cleveland sports fan. He enjoys supporting his community by serving as a board member for the Euclid Chamber of Commerce and Saints Robert & William Catholic School.
